Shipping Policy

We use third-party delivery services to ship prizes to our customers. Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

After purchasing a ticket or winning a prize, customers have the option to either claim their prize or replace it with an alternative prize of equal value. If a customer chooses to claim their prize, we will ship it to the address provided during checkout or as specified in the email notification sent to us upon winning. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and up-to-date to avoid any delays or issues with the delivery.

Once the prize has been shipped, customers will receive an email notification with the tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, and other factors beyond our control.

If the prize is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the prize. If the customer does not want to pay for re-shipping, they can choose to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Swerte-Picks, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at swerte.picks@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for lottery tickets. Once the ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For other products, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will replace it at no cost to you. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

If you receive an item that is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or are not in their original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
